Beau potentiel…dommage
Emplacement agréable au bord de l’eau. Appartement propre, décoration…
La literie est clairement un problème. Sommier basic vraiment pas stable, matelas hs, vous roulez inexorablement au centre. Mal de dos à prévoir 🫣 Attention ⚠️, les toilettes 🚻 sont dans un placard proche du salon …à persiennes avec les conséquences que cela implique 🎻😷 Propriétaires injoignables… L’appartement est très mignon, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la volonté d’améliorer ces points…🙂

il s'agit d"un vieil appartement très beau, tout près du centre ville , rénové avec beaucoup de gôut
Nous étions quatre et seulement deux ont pu profiter de la salle de bain car manque d'intimité avec une porte à carreaux transparents!!!! heureusement la cuisine a pu servir de salle de bain pour ceux qui dormaient dans le canapé de la salle!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Zentrum.
Zugang zur Wohnung hat nicht sofort funktioniert. Nach Rücksprache wurde der Code zur Wohnung aber freigegeben. Etwas laut, da recht viel Verkehr auf der Straße war und wir zu viert waren, sodass unsere Kinder im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben.

Non basta lo charme
Casa di charme molto vicina al centro storico e affacciata sul fiume e la chiesa
La poca pulizia - In assenza di lavastoviglie è stato necessario lavare a mano piatti bicchieri e posate prima di poterli usare: non si può affidare la pulizia agli ospiti senza poi controllare. Non vi è nessun sistema per poter appendere i vestiti e l'unico cassettone dotato di tre cassetti è per la metà impegnato da coperte e ferro da stiro. Sotto al letto sono stipati sacchi e scatole. L'elemento più inverosimile è il WC posizionato in corridoio tra il salotto e la camera da letto nascosto da una semplice anta a libro con listelli "alla veneziana" quindi completamente fessurate. Inoltre in questo spazio angusto così come nella doccia non sembra esserci alcun aspiratore. La casa al primo piano direttamente affacciata su una strada di grande passaggio è molto rumorosa. Dopo tutte le regole della casa ribadite più volte dall'host e cioè di buttare la spazzatura, disfare il letto e lavare i piatti, abbiamo trovato in bagno il cestino non vuotato dall'ospite prima di noi! Cattiva comunicazione con l'host.

L’appartement est agréable, bien décoré, l’éclairage indirect super , cuisine bien entretenue, équipé La vue magnifique Des draps de bain en suffisance , les draps du lit aussi . On s’y sent très bien !
Le lit ( matelas ou sommier je ne sais pas ) pas très confortable , pas de parking Le fait de devoir sortir les poubelles , Pour le prix qu’on paye je peux laisser la poubelle fermé bien sûr dans l’appartement ou dehors
