Hotel was on our way to Dolomites, in very nice surroundings. clean and cozy. Nice breakfast.

Staff & Location. Bed was comfortable.

Shower cabins too small even bathroom is big enough. TV too small. Toilet door should open to outside, little space to enter.

Great value for money, a good place to stay for few days or in transit. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good, room was clean and quiet with terrace, stable and fast internet. I gladly recommend!

The hotel was nice and confortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definatly I would consider staying there on my next trip to Flattach.

Very satisfied with everything

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good and diverse enough. This was my second stay here for rafting trips and will definitely return. Large parking lot is also an advantage.

It is typical for Austria to not have 24/7 reception service so if you plan to arrive late call the property to announce your late arrival. They will find a solution for you but you need to inform them.

Wir waren sehr happy

Das gesamte Personal war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir waren zu sechst 4 Familie und 2 Freunde. Wir konnten uns sehr bequem in 2 Zimmer aufteilen. Frühstück war toll, der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür braucht 30 min zur Seilbahn. Wir haben Die Sauna tgl gerne genutzt und das Abendessen hat allen gut geschmeckt . Der Gletscher war top zum Skifahren. Preisleistung war richtig gut.

Het hotel is zeer gedateerd en verouderd. de kamers zijn extreem minimalistisch ingericht. Totaal niet in verhouding met de prijs dei voor deze kamer wordy gevraagd.

Bis auf die wenigen Unzulänglichkeiten, war der Auifenthalt in Ordnung.

Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut.

Begehbarkeit und Ausstattung von Bad und Toilette waren unzureichend. Wir sind schlank, ansonsten wären wir nicht auf die Toilette gekommen, zu dem haben wir im Bad Möglichkeiten, nasse Handtücher, Waschlappen etc. aufhängen zu können, vermisst.

Zu wenig Personal. Frühstück bereiten und Rezeption mit einer Person geht gar nicht. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksauswahl minimum. Sport? Preis dafür zu hoch.

Doporučuji, určitě se ještě vrátíme :)

Super jednání ze strany majitelů a personálu, ochota vyjít vstříc a najít co nejlepší řešení. Hotel je v dobré lokalitě i v létě, blízko jsou parádní dětská hřiště, soutěsky, raft, hory... Stravování je třeba také zmínit, snídaně slušný standard, ale večeře byly opravdu hody. Stačil větší oběd a byl problém to sníst, navíc to byly dobroty, že to člověk nechtěl nechat na talíři... no, přibrali jsme i přes náročný program :)

Pach cigaret... když večer pršelo, kuřáci zůstali pod stříškou před vchodem, takže se nezavřely vchodové dveře. A když zůstaly otevřené i dveře v mezipatře mezi přízemím a prvním patrem, byl kouř chodbách celého hotelu. Tohle ale nevnímám jako chybu hotelu, spíše těch kuřáků...

Volt ez jobb is

Közvetlen és segítőkész személyzet, mindennapi igényes takarítás.

Nem volt semmilyen pohár a szobában, a TV rosszul elhelyezett és kicsi (se a kanapéról, se az ágyból nem lehetett nézni), a mosdóban nem működött az egyik lámpa, a másik is csak ütögetésre. Két azonos árú szoba között nagy volt a minőségi különbség. Rendkívül nehéz szagok voltak a folyosókon (tömény étel- és cigarettaszag). Közvetlenül a szálloda bejáratánál alakították ki a dohányzóhelyet, ami miatt a füstszag az egész szállodába beáramlik. Az 5 évvel ezelőtti állapothoz képest ez színvonalesés. A reggelinél nem pótolták, ami elfogyott, 10-ig lehetett reggelizni, de 9-kor már csak a maradék volt és a választék is szűkös. Hiányzik a hűtési lehetőség. A Karintia-kártya igénybevételi lehetősége megtévesztően van feltüntetve.(Csak nyári szezonban jár a szálláshoz 4 ott töltött éjszaka után, a foglaláskor úgy jelent meg, mintha már most -májusban- is elérhető lenne.) Mások is írták, hogy a zuhanykabin szűkös, lenne hely nagyobbnak is, mert ezen az alapterületen felesleges a két különálló mosdó.
