Would recommend, very quiet, clean & well presented

Set a back, very spacious room, receptionist was very helpful, spoke really good English, close to Parc de princes. Visited to watch psg. Great trip.

Nice stay in Boulogne-billancourt near Bois de Boulogne/ Lingchamp/ Roland Garros but internet access an issue.

Pretty period hotel in suburban Paris. With nice room and view of garden. Kitchen facilities for coffee and good bathroom.

We were on the third floor. Wi-Fi signal non existent, though it was fine in reception. This was problematic for researching aspects of our trip online and we ended up buying extra data online. . When discussed with staff they said they were aware of the issue. It should not be advertising ‘fast wi-fi when this is not the case.

Comfortable stay in Paris

Our apartment was compact with a comfortable bedroom and sitting room/ dining room. It was bright and airy. The courtyard looked lovely with a variety of sitting spaces but unfortunately it wasn’t the weather for sitting outside.

The bathroom is very small which could be problematic for some people

Delightful place so glad we found it.

A perfect continental breakfast was served in the garden. All freshly made and plentiful. There were fans in the rooms and really good showers. Everyone was helpful and friendly, directions given and taxis ordered. Nothing was too much trouble. Wish we could return next week!

Nothing could have been improved except a little less summer heat! It was 37 degrees!

I would definitely recommend, it was a wonderful experience.

The villa is charming, clean, with a beautiful garden. Located in a nice neighborhood, with lots of shops around, and very easy to get to from the metro. The little kitchen is equipped with everything you need and easy to use.

I expected a room on the first, second or third floor but I got a room at demi-sol. I was apprehensive at first but in the end it worked out because everything around and in the garden was very clean and we did not have any unpleasant surprises. It's best to verify the location of the room when booking. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Room in Paris at great rate!

Hidden house and garden a couple of blocks from the metro and with bars and supermarkets etc on the doorstep. Price/ quality in Paris exceptional!

Breakfast could have done with protein. Only bread / croissants and coffee/chocolate. Eggs would have been welcome rather than all the carbs

It was sometimes a bit difficult to find a person to help or to answer queries. Why doesn’t the reception have some kind of bell/button where a member of staff can be informed that there’s someone there needing their attention?

Excellent location for Roland Garros. The room and staff were great. A few restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood.

Beautiful setting. The garden area was lovely. The room was large enough for us, great showers and bed.

The breakfast was delicious. Fresh pastries and croissants. The staff was amazing , so friendly and welcoming. We had a few hours after checkout to sightsee. They let us keep our luggage in the lobby. Thank you.

Great location.

Great location, within walking distance of ample resturants etc. Building looks great, and has a lovely garden. Rooms are ok but tired. Breakfast is over priced. Parking is an issue, and not available on application. Parking in the local area is v expensive. Reception staff are ok.

A great value hotel within walking distance to Roland Garros and Parc des Princes

A quaint hotel in a beautiful garden tucked away behind other more modern buildings on Rue Escudier. The room had a very comfortable bed, a table and a basic kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and small hob. The shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. A new shower screen would be an improvement on the shower curtain currently in place. Secure underground parking was a real bonus. The surrounding area is nice with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and boulangeries. There are metro stations nearby for travel into Paris.

Too far from city, old building, Not enough heating in room.

The look of the place was good with the garden in front. 5 -10 minutes walk from train station of line 10 train.

The room was cold, and the windows were left open while it was freezing rain outside when we arrived. We had to call the onsite manager to check, and he got upset at us for having windows open, which was his fault, not keeping windows closed on a December 31 cold winter night. Prior to guest arrival. The room door knob just came out in hand when we tried to open.. The manager guy mocked by hitting it in and saying it's fixed now. The key to the room didn't work it got stuck. It's a very old key, or damaged due to prolonged use. The room heater took 4 hours to heat. We asked for an extra space heater to heat the room. We were sick when we left the next morning due to the cold in the room. The window curtains were too long and would cover heater vents, or we had to leave the curtains open for the hot air vents to blow air, and anyone across the street can look into our room. Hope the owner notices what we said and fixes these.

Slightly disappointing four nights in Boulogne

The check-in was amazing! Didn't have to show anything. Just mentioned my name, got the key and that's it. The location is nice: close to the metro but very quiet. The room/studio was large, with sufficient outside light.

In the morning I was woken up by the cleaner at 9 am, knocking on my door after having stamped his feet on the stairs up to my room and talking with someone. Then when I asked a couple of more hours of quiet, he went away, but left de vacuum cleaner in front of the door, so I stumbled over it when I left. The curtains don't block the sun at all. The shower is in the bathtub and there is a shower curtain that keeps creeping up on you, sticking to your skin. It's an awful feeling. The strange thing is that you do not have privacy in the bathroom due to a large completely transparent window. It really surprised me that the hotel didn't fit a matte windows or a film over de window. Then the door lock: instead of installing a knob which you can turn to lock, you need to use your key. Then there is the warning that if you leave the key inside, you’ll be liable for damages, because the hotel will have to call a “metal worker” (I’m sure they mean a lock smith😊). This gave a an unsafe feeling: apparently this hotel prefers to scare its guests than to invest 29 euro’s for a lock of which I attach a picture.

Good for a couple of nights

If you are interested in a PSG match, then this is a very good location within 8 minutes of walking from Parc de Prince. It is also pretty close to a metro station, food shops, and even a market. So you have breakfast options and easy access to the center. It offers parking in an underground garage for 15 euros extra/day. The rooms are a decent size for Paris. People are friendly. Internet is decent.

It is not very comfortable and the furniture is old. The room is bland and sad. It is not dirty, but it is degraded by age and wear. And when you pay 400 Euro/night you find it hard to understand how they don't invest in new furniture. You could replace the whole furniture with money from a week...
