Super location next to metro - nice comfortable studio - great value for 3 people staying in Paris.

Great location- just next to no10 metro. Super part of Paris - quiet with some great Bistros within a short walk. Nice room - good for 3 adults - Nespresso coffee always a bonus in the morning. Easy to communicate with the host via email too.

Maybe would have been nice to have an iron in the room - not a complaint not having one, but would have been a bonus

We enjoyed the area where the residence was located: safe & for families: my two kids (12 and 14) even went to the supermarket and boulangiere on their own, because we all felt safe. The beds were very very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything one might need, although it was very small. The room was very sunny, with many windows on both sides; the windows even have shutters: wow!! The wooden flooring was just perfect; the bathroom was very nice.

I perfectly knew 27 sq mt was not a large size, but once you live in it, you realize that the space is really a "mini" one; nevertheless it is ok for 5 days.

Room too small and narrow. No bedside table other than a broken shelf. Loud fridge in bedroom. Small bathroom with sink that didn't drain properly.

Quiet and hassle-free stay!

Very quiet neighborhood and very safe location. Not too far from Eiffel Tower and Palace of Versailles.

No elevator onsite and the steps were too narrow and spiral.

Good location. Quiet. Spacious. Well decorated. David was vey accommodating, allowing us to leave our suitcases at the facility early so we could head to Roland Garros.

We didn't realise the apartment was in a different location from the hotel so that was a bit confusing. The taxi driver (organised by the hotel) who drove us to the apartment was not friendly at all. The apartment had a full kitchen but was missing some basics like s & p, a toaster, cooking oil.

€378 for 2 nights is insanely expensive for the service offering. Noisy street, tiny (really tiny) shower. Comfortable bed and location was convenient and close to metro.

Great location for going to the tennis. Addressed issue with Air condition quickly when this issue was pointed out. Sweeties and treats in reception.

Limited space to put luggage. UHT milk was off in one of containers, although more available if require.

We loved the location! I I would stay there again but book a a larger room. It would have been fine for a single person

It was an easy walk to Roland Garros which was the reason for our trip. Plenty of restaurants and markets around. Also very close to the Metro.

The room was extremely small. Because we were on a 2 week trip from the US we had lots of luggage with no where to put it! The room was clean but no one came in during the day to refresh our towels or make the bed as I expected.

Nice apartment in a good area

The location was perfect for our trip to Parc Les Princes and there were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The apartment had everything we needed.

Parking was in a multi storey car park a short distance away and was about 35 euros per day. This could have been made clearer in the listing.

A very friendly welcome, clean apartment with all basics one needs.

The sofa bed was not comfortable, it was too soft. It couldn't take the weight of my 11 & 15 year old children. It needs a better mattress.

The property is nice and clean located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The unit is on the 6th floor. The building has a 2-person elevator with 180 kg weight-limit. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the Metro, Market & Restaurants.
