Communication with David was wonderful- quick replies and clear instructions. David provided our room earlier than check in time without additional cost, because his team was able to clean it fast prior to our arrival as we informed about coming earlier for baggage drop off.

Really cute apartment walking distance from Roland Garros in a quiet area.
You had to collect the key from a hotel quite a walk away from the apartment. They did offer me an uber at their expense though.

Amazing location, right in the centre of Boulogne . The property was ideal fo us as a family, clean , and everything we needed for our stay. David was exceptionally helpful and responsive . I would definitely recommend and we will book again on our next trip

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the property manager was seamless, courteous, and very helpful with our requests. The property itself is in an ideal spot, with metro and bus stops just a short two-minute walk away, plus plenty of nearby places to eat. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness—it was freshly serviced and smelled great every single day when we returned.
Our stay had a few drawbacks: there is no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow, which makes handling luggage quite difficult. The room was extremely small with very limited floor space to move around comfortably. While we enjoyed roaming around Paris, we felt the price was a bit high for what was offered. It might work well for young backpackers, but we wouldn't recommend it for travelers with family seeking a comfortable budget stay.
