It's just amazing value for the size of the room (which was also clean and comfortable) and the location.
For the price I paid, it exceeded all expectations. Lovely staff too.

The communication was clear when i got there, but information about breakfast and checking in could've arrived a little bit earlier, as i was taking off with my plane when the messages arrived via Whatsapp. Booking.com should send notifications aswell, when the host has messaged you.
The facilities were good, but the room was a bit moist and the bathroom had a lot of mold in the ceiling, which could be a health hazard for people staying for longer - all in all a good experience but could be a little bit better. The room was quite dark, since there were no windows to let the actual sun in (the windows were very high in the ceiling and towards the courtyard) Also the door of the room let in noise when someone was walking past or coughing in the other room. But not that annoying for me personally.

Great location. Cheap. Easy to access.
Room smelled bad. Walls paper thin. I could hear the man snoring in the next room and music. You would be okay with earplugs.
