The location was great. On a street with some cool shops, some bars and restaurants, and close enough to the more touristy areas while being far enough away to not be inundated. In between multiple metro and bus lines that can get you directly to the train stations and museums. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and kept a good place.
The building itself is a bit older, with VERY creaky stairs. I felt bad that I was bothering EVERYONE every time I came and went. The door was a bit thin, so I heard folks out in the hallway quite easily.

Entrance to the house is an obsolete.

Central location
Very noisy. Outside noise in the middle of night and early hours. Could hear showers next door and conversations due to very thin walls, small room size and narrow corridors. The hosts were pleasant but not not very attentive. The soap (shower gel) and floor rug appeared only after 1-2 days. Had to ask for tea kettle,
