Location, Staff 24/7 and very friendly. Well located and really close to the metro station. Gran Via is about ten minutes walk from the hostel.
Too expensive considering that is an hostel. The walls are too thin and you need to be lucky not having a noisy neighbour, otherwise you can hear everything.
