Our overall stay is good.

We like the room. It is clean and comfortable.

No elevator for heavy stuffs. Especially when the hotel is located on the upper levels.

Practical and well located (Phantasialand)

It's a well-equipped hotel with nice rooms and very comfortable beds. If you contact them because you're arriving late, they'll leave the keys in a drop box with codes for you to retrieve them. Good transport links and easy parking. A perfect hotel for an overnight stay if you're visiting Phantasialand. This was my second visit, and I'll definitely be back. As a side note, on my previous visit the air freshener was too strong, but this time everything was perfect.

Misleading location of hotel to cologne city centre

Room was ok if it were in or near the city centre

Location is do far and misleading on the name Grand Tour Cologne, I spent almost 200 euros for taxi alone to and from Cologne

A nice, simple place to stay for all needs.

Big cozy bed and the hassle free entry to the property. Very clean and tidy room. Lounge is at the end of the hall and there is a super vending machine for hot drinks in it which tastes delicious.

The bed requested for a child of 14 years old was very uncomfortable. The lack of choices for sandwiches in the vending machine and that there was no information about the lounge in English.

Staff, perfect check in and check out is very fast and easy. room is big enough and beds also, very clean shared kitchen is very very useful, a small refrigerator in the room is very useful. private parking I extended our stay for one more night and enjoy.

Location is a bit far from the city at industrial zone, we were there on Saturday and Sunday, the place is very calm and silent, but I dont know during the working days.

Ideal si vas a Phantasialand

Sencillo pero buen hotel para visitar Colonia, pero sobre todo si vas a Phantasialand, cada planta tiene una cocina con todo tipo de utensilios (deberían hacer una limpieza de los armarios que están llenos de sobras de los usuarios), parking gratuito.

Únicamente el tema de los armarios de la cocina, por lo demás todo bien.

Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch im Phantasialand.

Das Hotel liegt in super Nähe zum Phantasialand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Außerdem war das Bett sehr bequem. Großer Edeka mit Bäckerei und Café in der Nähe.

Liegt mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet. Störte uns aber nicht weiter. Für einen Besuch im Phantasialand ist die Lage perfekt.
