Friendly staff, clean and cute. We enjoyed!

Very cute and chilled, ideal for relaxing. Everything clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and made a fuss of my little girl. Location was good, right near the strip and beach so ideal for accessing food and shopping. Our room was clean & air con good.

Unfortunately google map stated the entrance was 10 min walk from where we were dropped off, which was incorrect. Myself and my 4 year old struggled with 2 suitcases for 10 mins up a hill to find no hotel. After being directed by someone else we then found it. May be ideal to update google map for the correct entrance or have a sign on Main Street to direct and the only sign we found was once down the pathway off the main road as you go up the hill. Beds were too firm for my liking, but this is possibly personal preference. Prices for food/drink more than on the strip but not ridiculous, so ok if wanting to not move. Music being played as background at the pool could be a good option.

Fabulous!

It felt like a family run hotel (in the best way). It is well maintained- loved by the people who run it … and it shows. The location is excellent. Right on a bustling Ipsos beach strip of restaurants cafes and bars. Busy in the day but more so at night. Hotel Yannis is conveniently set back far enough not to hear the merry-making but easy to walk to in a couple of minutes. The elevated views from the beautifully manicured pool area are stunning. Needless to say, I would return for another stay and I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful poolside and gardens, lots of sun beds available, 5 mins walk from the beach, good selection for breakfast and a secure location with beautiful views.

The shower is very tight in the room.

Boutique hotel with wonderful staff and amenities

Friendly and professional staff, very attentive and accommodating. The pool and surrounding gardens are wonderful. For entertainment there's a billiards table, giant chess, and bar. Breakfast included a good variety of authentic Greek food, excellent coffee machine with lots of drink options. The cleaning staff were thorough and fast.

The rooms are a bit small. They accept children and babies, but don't have any portable cribs. The showers are incredibly small and horrendously uncomfortable. The mini fridge was heavily used and should be replaced. Closets and bedside table drawers are super squeeky and should be lubricanted.

Good value hotel with astonishing garden

Good located hotel with a very nice pool area and the view from it, magnificent garden with lots of birds (even roosters) singing and one of the best breakfasts. Our room had the view of the sun rising - that was a really nice advatage for me always getting up really early.

Very small shower, tough mattresses and ants even in the room. May get noisy at night coz no sound proofing.

A big ‘YES’ for the Hotel Yannis Corfu!

‘YES!’ we had a great experience at this excellent, family owned and operated hotel in Ipsos! ‘YES!’ just a short walk (approx. 4 mins) to the beach. ‘YES!’ hotel is very secure, fully gated and private in a cul-de-sac location slightly above and behind the main town. ‘YES!’ all staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. ‘YES!’ there was was always a good selection of hot & cold, savoury and sweet buffet breakfast choices available in the spacious and bridge dining area. ‘YES!’ our room was very clean and well appointed, with its own fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries, etc. ‘YES!’ Always plenty of hot water for shower and basin throughout the day. ‘YES!’ additional requests were acted on with speed and pleasure (we requested additional blankets and toiletries during our stay, all delivered swiftly). ‘YES!’ this is a great, central location for exploring Corfu, either with your own transportation or using the very frequent and efficient bus services, which pick up and drop off at frequent stops along the seafront and beyond. Would we return to Hotel Yannis Corfu…. ‘YES!’

Our only minor observation was the rather cosy size of the shower cubicle. Could be a bit tight for the larger bodied.

Clear instructions for self check-in after midnight , the structure is very nice and very particular for an hotel. We have really appreciated the rooms, in particular the view, the housekeeping and the comfort ability of the beds. We strongly recommend this hotel for a good staying in Corfu!

Very nice Hotel in a beautiful environment. Nice garden and pool area and great view to the sea. Breakfast was also very good with varieties.

The room doors shuts when closed and it's very noisy. Wakes you up in the morning. :( Hotel should also raise the attention of the guests to keep quite during their stay as walls are thin.

Fantastic stay in Ypsos

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool with plenty of loungers and well spaced out, peaceful grounds. Room was a good size with a nice balcony. Would stay again.

Only improvement I could suggest is a wider variety of hot cooked foods for breakfast each day and some more food offerings on the pool bar food menu

it was an OK

property was good to enjoy.they also have many activities also the property manager was really good , he allowed us to do late checkout . the breakfast ka amazing

property was good but the rooms has some sort of smell(like its been closed for many months) we was so tired could not sleep well. we felt suffocated . also the AC has some setting which didn’t allowed to lower the temperature .

Fantastic value for money

Fantastic location, less than 5 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Received a really friendly welcome. Room was basic but clean and all you could want. Aircon worked well, fridge was useful and the balcony was lovely. Breakfast included was a bonus. Large pool area with plenty of chairs. I was here as a solo female and felt very safe. There are electric gates to get into the property which was a reassurance.

Lovely hotel

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the room was spacious. Plenty of sunbed options by the pool, including shaded ones. Property is a couple minutes walk from the main strip which has plenty of restaurants and bars. although I didn’t use public transport I saw a decent number of bus stops nearby too.

The shower in my room was quite small, and the breakfast could have had better hot food options.

To expensive for value

We liked nice pool view, great breakfast, very pretty garden around the hotel. Very close to Ipsos main street.

We think that price of the stay is way to high. The building needs renovation, rooms are small, with old tv’s. Bathrooms are oldschool and super small. Pool area closes at 20:00, no evening swims are allowed, you cant even read a book next to pool after 20:00. Rooms are smelly, first room we got had the worst smell of old furniture, so we asked to change it. Second room was a bit better. Walls are thin, so you can hear when people are coming back to their rooms, even when they dont speak.It is possible to stay in hotel like this, but not for price like that. We payed 120 eur per night (wich was more expensive than other hotels is Corfu) and did not expect this to be like 2 star hotel. Staff at reservation desk was nice, but during breakfast there was one guy, who was mad all the time. Forgot to bring us coffee and when we double asked, he was totally not happy about it. Buy the way, you need to wait for your coffee or juice, about 7 minutes, because drinks are served, not self service.
