amazing location, great host and great price for what you get. the room was sooo clean.

This is honestly the best hotel I’d ever stayed in. 1) Superb location, just 3-4 min walk from S.M Novella station with so many good restaurant choices just below the hotel, a great supermarket CONAD just 2min away from hotel, and 5 min walk to the main tourist spots! 2) super clean and well equipped hotel, you can grab a coffee anytime you want and they provide biscuits, water, tea, etc. Theres also a microwave oven for you to heat up some food. ; 3) Paola and Roberto are super super super nice hosts. They insisted on carrying my super heavy luggage upstairs and down when I came and went. They provided very clear instructions and are super helpful and passionate to aid my travel plan. Super nice people. I really missed them! Thank you both! 4)Hotel is also very quiet which made me sleep so well and wanted to go back and rest as soon as I can every day.

This is the first time I had zero negative feedback about a hotel.

The location of Hotel Bencidormi is perfect and it's easy to walk to what ever you want to do in Florence from Hotel Bencidormi. But still on a quite and calm street with very little traffic. If you arrive with the train to Florence it takes 4 - 5 minutes to walk from the central station Santa Maria Novella to the hotel. The train from the airport stops almost even closer. Just outside the main entrance door of Hotel Bencidormi there are restaurangs serving breakfast with many alternatives and also lunch and dinners. The host - Roberto - is a true italian gentleman and took very good care of us. He gave us a warm welcome and told us good information of what to do in Florence and showed where the most popular sites are on the map he gave us for free. Roberto was always at the hotel reception daytime and everytime we passed by the reception he was genuin interested in how we were doing and if there was something he could do for us. We had several very nice conversations with Roberto during our time at Hotel Bencidormi.

There is nothing to complain about. We are very pleased with Hotel Bencidormi and our host Roberto.

Location was great. Quiet, secure and close to restaurants.

Toilet paper wasn’t replenished and the room had a sewage smell.
