    Roberto is the soul of the hotel. Such a lovely person with tons of patience and passion. Location was the best, very near to the railway station. The room was also clean and adequate. Overall, i would recommend this one.

    Stayed for 2 nights and we had a really wonderful time. The host was extremely friendly and kind, giving us lots of good recommendations and explained the main places in florence. The room was also super clean and the tv had access to netflix and prime as well :) love that coffee and a microwave was also provided! 10/10 would stay here again if i vidited florence.
