I liked that it was an easy walk to the train station and to the historical locations.

The hotel has a wonderful staff who were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is very convenient, close to railway station and near the city center. Everything you need is nearby. Breakfast offered plenty of choices.
I did not like that the hotel had not done enough to protect the room from mosquitoes. After it got dark, mosquitoes appeared in the room. Throughout the night, I had to deal with them as they kept bothering us.

The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional, extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was decorated and cleaned very well. The room was lovely with a view to the garden. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and cosy; great bathroom too. Great to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air. Good to have a lift too. The breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Really surprised how quiet the hotel was into the evening without being disturbed by other guests.
There was nothing not to like.

Amazing location. Center of everything. If you intend to only sleep and spend no time in hotel, it's great. Bathroom is spacious. Staff was friendly. Really close to train station.
Breakfast sucked. You have to pay for hot tub. They have few amenities. TV sucks. Elevator is claustrophobic. Very little shelf room. Not very many outlets in room.
