The accommodation was a short walk from many buses and a metro stop. The building has a working lift.

Unfortunately, we had two issues with the property. First, the property lacks any signage so we spent the first bit wondering if we had arrived at the correct address. Even once we were able to get in we just went up the stairs until we found the door labeled with the name. I would recommend adding a small sign downstairs if possible stating the floor of the accommodation as it would really help late night travelers find their way. Secondly, when we called the host he was quite aggressive as he explained how to get into the building. Yes, we were arriving late at night (22:00) but it is no excuse to speak to my friend in such a demeaning way. She is an adult woman and does not need to be told to "turn on her listening ears". Additionally the host mentioned breakfast vouchers, which were never received. We didn't need them as we had plans to explore the gastronomy of Rome, but it would have been nice. Overall, I believe this accommodation is not awful, but simple clear communication could really improve it! The photos I have added, show the correct door, floor (floor 3) and entrance to the accommodation in case anyone else is also confused. Stay safe!

What I liked about the apartment was that the keys were accessible at any time, which made the check-in process very convenient.

However, there were several disappointing aspects. The entrance was not very clean, and the apartment looked quite different from the photos, which appeared much brighter online. The biggest issue was the communication with the staff. We politely asked if a late checkout of two extra hours would be possible, especially since we arrived the night before around 11 p.m. and had not even completed a full stay. We also asked if we could at least leave our bags for a few hours before going to the airport. Unfortunately, the staff member reacted by shouting at us and communication was difficult because he did not speak English well. Overall, the experience was not as welcoming as expected.
