Struttura a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano. Stanza non grande ma confortevole. Possibilità di check in anticipato e deposito bagagli. Host molto cortese e preciso. Pulizia ottima
Per questo prezzo, si potrebbe aggiungere la colazione magari con un bar vicino. Per cornetto e cappuccino, a Roma, si pagano circa tre euro, quindi non sarebbe una grande spesa per il B&b ma sarebbe una coccola per il cliente.

Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Bad hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Klein aber fein! Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom zu besuchen.
Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, dass die Wände des Zimmers ein wenig dünn sind und man sehr viel vom Gang hört wenn andere Gäste in die Unterkunft kommen.

Lage ist optimal. Direkt an der Metro gelegen und 10 Minuten zum Vatikan.
Das Zimmer war leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es ging nicht nur um etwas Staub – es waren deutlich sichtbare Verschmutzungen der vorherigen Gäste vorhanden. Zudem waren mehrere Lampen defekt und wurden trotz Reklamation während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht. Besonders störend war auch die Zimmertür: Sie hatte an drei Seiten so große Spalten, dass nicht nur Licht vom Flur hereinschien, sondern man jedes Gespräch draußen hörte, als stünden die Personen direkt im Zimmer.
