Great property, super comfortable, spacious and in a lovely local neighbourhood with really good restaurants and bars to hang out with the locals and not too many tourists, super friendly and helpful owners, highly recommended

It was very close to the nearest subway and Vatican. The room was good for the price. We were expecting to be check in at 12 pm but the owner was very nice and friendly and we arrived at 10am and were welcomed very after that.

The location was great, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport just around the corner. Also the room itself was very nice and clean!

Perfect location, 10-15 minutes walking to Vatican City.
The area has excellent restaurants around.
Spacious room, nice view outside.
30-40 minutes walking to Stadio Olimpico.
Pillows must be replaced to all beds, too flat.
Sofa bed (3rd bed) must be replaced for a proper bed...too uncomfortable.
Bathroom too noisy...I understand it´s an old building but still the system is first time in my life I see something like that (sewage engine processor ?!?!?)
