"My short stay at The Ritz-Carton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch.The best part of the stay was the Incredibly good staff with kindness and excellent breakfast. The Residences were excellently located next to a mall with dozens of excellent restaurants.

During my stay, I had issues with air conditioning in my master bedroom and I had to transfer to another room on another floor,
and in the new room I had another issue with water temperature. Which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable.
For cleaning, please pay attention with under the bad. Dusty.
The sofa and the carpet needed to be shampoo. Smells. The towel is a little bit old and hard, needs to be replace with something new and needs an upgrade for the pillows.
For the 5 star, they didn’t provide any welcoming things as usual when I stayed at 5 stars.

The kitchen has nothing. Barely anything to use. Useless. Blinds broken. Light bulbs dead.
