Everything exceeded our expectations. This was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, delivering exceptional service with warmth and attention to every detail. The room was luxurious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities, spa, restaurants, and breakfast were all outstanding, and the location was perfect. Every interaction felt personalized, making our stay truly unforgettable. We left already looking forward to coming back.

We loved everything. The club lounge experience was wonderful.
Lounge bar closing at 9pm was the only disappointment. We liked the intimacy and did not want to relocate to another area so early.

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.
I came to Jakarta to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the team at the Ritz-Carlton turned it into something we’ll remember for years. They handled every detail of the surprise quietly in the background, and when the moment came it landed perfectly.
What really stood out was how consistent the service was across the whole property. The valets, the lobby team, the lounge staff, the spa therapists, every interaction felt personal. They remembered our names from day one and somehow always knew what we needed before we asked. I’ve stayed in plenty of high-end hotels around the world and the level of care here is on a different planet.
The room was huge, very comfortable, with a great view over the city. The Club Lounge was a real highlight too, generous food throughout the day and a properly varied selection of wines and spirits, well above what you usually get even in five-star properties. The spa was excellent, the therapists genuinely talented and lovely people on top of it.
If you’re hesitating, don’t. Thank you to the whole team. We’ll be back
