Complex Turistic Caprioara

Set in the forest, the hotel offers a range of services and facilities at a fair price. A family run business, the place is managed beautifully and we were met with a welcoming atmosphere paired with a great service from staff. The food was fresh and delicious. A wide range of dishes available to choose from and everything was cooked to perfection. The rooms while somewhat outdated decoration wise, they were spacious and very comfortable. The pool was spotless and a great bonus to the overall experience. We also enjoyed two hikes to Varful Igniș and around the Firiza lake. The place is perfectly set within the forest for hikes and near the lake.

Decor a bit outdated but expected as the forest cabin vibe was maintained by the dark, wooden panels and the furniture. It has a wealth of character, fitting to the profile of the hotel.

Zona, personalul, ospitalitatea.

Dusul defect( am anunțat,dar nu a venit nimeni să-l schimbe sa putem sa facem duș). Un minut foarte mare: ca să ajungi din cameră la piscină, trebuie să ieși prin curte, ceea ce nu este deloc ok, mai ales pentru cei cu copii mai micuți,ca noi.

A szállas egy hegyekkel körülvett csodaszép tó mellett helyezkedik el, mindenfelé csörgedező kis patakok, tiszta levegő, madárcsicsergés. A szobák szèpek és kényelmesek. A wellness részlegben lévő medence vize kellemesen meleg. Az ételek finomak voltak és mindig frissen készültek. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Jól éreztük magunkat! Szívesen visszamennénk máskor is!

The food was nice; also, the pool was very pleasant and had hot water.

No toothbrush, no soap for the shower, and only two little packages of shampoo. Also, as we went to the pool, we asked for one extra towel so we could dry off, as it was cold outside. Their response was "take the towel from the room and shower next to the pool." Also, one of our rooms smelled so strong that we had to keep the windows open almost until nighttime to be able to breathe. And the room having the window in "the garage" was not good either as we were scared to keep it open for the air to be breathable.
