Location near the JR train station. Welcoming, cozy, quiet. Staff - thoughtful and helpful. Facility has small kitchen and common area.

Stayed for the 2nd time. Private room and good location close to JR Nara station at a reasonable price. Air conditioner works well in Summer. Good sleep for all 5 nights stay. Shared kitchen and refrigerator in a common room.
Just note that there is no room cleaning during the stay.
