玄関もしっかり施錠されており、新築の家の様で清潔で快適だった。

The landlady was very friendly and hospitable (despite my poor Japanese), the place was spotlessly clean, and the self-assembled futon was comfy. The bathroom facilities are shared, and there is a shared kitchen. For the price it was exceptionally good value, especially considering that it's just a 15 minute walk from both the deer park and train station, and is situated centrally in Nara-machi. I would definitely come back.
