Not being able to speak to someone. When I sent a message it was answered but there were no members of staff around to help you on site

The room and bathrooms were clean. The lounge had a huge archive of comic books, which you can read in the lounge.
My room was on the third floor next to the lounge, and because the wall was so thin and other travellers were up late, I could hear noises well after 1am and was woken up a few times. I woke up feeling exhausted the next morning.
