良心的な価格と事前に確認取れれば駐車場が使用できるところ。
一通りキッチン用品も揃っていて買い出しをして食費の節約も出来る。
洗剤、ハンガーを持ってくればベランダで衣類を干せるので助かりました。
車であれば東大寺、奈良公園等のアクセスも良く6人家族の我が家では十分なスペースがありまた利用したい。
無理して言うなら、我が家が原因ですが、バスタオルの交換無く2泊目は乾かして同じ物を使用。
我が家は気にならないので良いのですがその辺の案内がわかりにくいかも？

The owner is very kind, she let us book only a couple hours before check in, she showed us everything, and when I realized I forgot a small bag in the closet, a few days after our stay, I was able to meet up with her and get it back.
The water in the shower would not warm up.

We liked that it was in a quiet suburban environment. First we didn't think it was a good location but the train station was just around the corner and it only took one station to reach downtown. Very convenient.
Communication with the owner was difficult. It was also not clear in the booking that one had to share bathroom, kitchen and toilet with other guests. It turned out being ok, but was just a surprise at first.
