This was the perfect place for us to stay overnight on our C2C bike ride. A little bit of well earned luxury. A beautiful house, with lots of lovely touches. No problem to charge my bike and a delicious breakfast to set us on our way. Thank you so much.

The whole place was lovely and owners/staff very friendly. Great location for the steam train and local restaurants. 5 min walk to town centre.

The breakfast was excellent. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.
The property was very old and needed improvements. ie window frames. We are not expecting a modern building situation. The shower in our room was very difficult and small and the room was cramped without any seating. Hot water was very slow to get through.
