Very friendly and helpful staff, who are very good in pinch. Many thanks to those who helped me solve my problem.
The breakfasts were good.
It has a nice, modernised interior with a bit of old building character.
A view over the car park was handy too, and quiet as it was away from the road with the hills in the background.

Customer service excellent. Breakfast was really good. Family suite exceptional. Artwork around the hotel was of a high quality. Staff extremely friendly. Very comfortable bed and bed linen. No noise disturbance from other rooms or any road noise despite overlooking the main road.
On arrival we were told our booked room with sauna was no longer available due to a malfunctioning shower in the room.
However, we were upgraded to an excellent suite which made for our disappointment.

Excellent food, spacious room, friendly, helpful staff ( especially Nathan!)
Not many powerpoints in room, and not very sound proof, however aware it was a very old and probably listed building so not sure if these can be addressed

Breakfast was Brilliant Good service ,Staff was Great .
Bed was cheap and un comfortable,shower had mould on tiles noise in car park was terrible motobike going up and down the car park .shame because nice main building.
