Location as close to train station and airport bus station.

- room was more spacious than I expected
- easy access from Roma Tiburtina
- quiet building
- lift access to the room
- felt secure and safe.
- flat was clean and tidy when I arrived
- great for sightseeing and remote work
- great for onward travel from tiburtina train or coach station (2-5 minute walk from apartment depending on how fast you run)
- super easy to get to all of the main sightseeing stops (metro from tiburtina)
- good Deliveroo options if needed
- I understand the need for cctv and rules, but in communal areas it felt a bit “big brother”
- the flat was very quiet - but on my final night one of the guests as loudly whining/crying/arguing late into the night and early morning. Not the fault of the flat - but perhaps would bother a light sleeper
- easy to get to sightseeing spots, but not as central Rome as I expected.
- didn’t seem to have any food/shop options around after 9pm (but was able to Deliveroo)

The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The location is perfect, just 4 minutes from the metro, and there are plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby. The staff were kind and helpful.
The neighbors (not the guest but the the apartment next to us) were very noisy. They seemed to be moving furniture using the elevator, which caused a lot of noise at 8 a.m. . There is only one small elevator, and since they were using it to move the whole apartment it was almost busy all the time so we had to use the stairs to reach the 6th floor. The room was generally clean, but the headboards were dusty. Other than that, our stay was pleasant, and I would be happy to stay there again.
