Access to metro Tiburtina FS, friendly hosts, comfortable beds, breakfast provided, very clean rooms. This is my 2nd time staying here and probably will do it again next time in Rome.
Not much, but for some reason the guys from the neighbourhood makes a racket one night at a nearby place and the sound echoed into the room. But only for that one night and not afterwards.

Clean. Good connections to all the main attractions. Supermarket 100m away. Even though the building is old, the apartments are newly furnished and renovated. Good value for the money. Free snacks in the hallway are just a nice touch.
For a tall person, the bed is just too small. Also, the width is narrower than anything I've ever seen in any stay I've been. Sound insulation is HORRIBLE. Especially from the hallway. People are coming back to their apartments in the middle of the night, shouting, using the coffee machine, ... If you are not used to a lot of noise during the night, you will not sleep well.
