A limpeza e a organização do espaço são excelentes. Apesar de não ficar muito próximo das principais atrações de Roma, a proximidade com o metro facilita muito a mobilidade. Alem disso, para quem chega pelo aeroporto, o trem regional deixa muito proximo da residência (10 min caminhando). O bairro também é muito bom, com mercados, padarias, pizzarias e outras facilidades.
Em geral, gostamos de tudo. Contudo, uma coisa que não ficou clara é que havia espaços compartilhados na casa (cozinha, sala, etc.). Não foi um problema porque os banheiros e os quartos são individuais e a casa só tem 3 quartos. Mas seria bom se isso estivesse mais claro no anúncio.

It was a pleasure to spend my time in Rome having this apartment for accomodation. Great location - metro station, railway station, affordable shops and gyms are right there. Well equipped kitchen is a big factor for me as well. Last but not least - the great attitude that he host showed and how helpful he was. This is a fantastic experience overall, best you could expect.

Massive room and super clean. Bathroom was refurbished which I didn't expect. The place was very quiet and comfortable.
