Not good value for money

It was very clean, the breakfast was good.

The rooms were extremely hot and there were no fans or air conditioning. In one of the two rooms there was an air conditioning unit, without remote control. In that room it wasn’t possible to pull the curtains with the windows open, making it very hardly liveable. We made the mistake not to ask for late check-in when booking and our later agreed check-in at 10PM, caused a very frustrated reaction both at the phone and, very visibly, later, when we arrived, before 10PM, making us feeling not welcomed. During the night, some neighbours were very noisy, quite notably with windows open. The hotel is dog friendly up to a certain extent, while our mid sized dog was not welcome in the breakfast room. We think we just have chosen the wrong hotel in the wrong day, but in these condition I would not recommend this hotel.

A genuine stay in a traditional Alto Adige inn.

It was like staying with an Italian family (the Pollas). Nothing is too much trouble for them. Caldonazzo is a lovely village, next to the Valsugana lakes and surrounded by dramatic uplands.. The property is about 1km from the Valsugana rail station and there are also regular buses, so it's easy to get around, even without a car. The village has about 3000 pe0ple and a good range of local facilities (including a self-service lavanderia. temporarily closed due to Covid). The albergo offers half-board (good price) and the home-cooked food is extremely authentic and enjoyable. One or two minor probs or glitches whilst I was there were quickly sorted out. Only fair to mention that the owner has limited English and other staff none at all -- it really didn't cause difficulties.

Excellent weekend break

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned and bed made whilst we were at breakfast. Our evening meal was good. We'd booked the private spa for Sunday evening. The facilities were excellent especially for 2 people who hadn't had baths (numerous showers) since leaving the UK at the beginning of August. We had our Leonberger (60 kgs) dog with us and he was also welcomed by the staff. We would highly recommend Albergo Alla Torre.

Wifi was hit and miss. The fresh meat and cheese for breakfast buffet need to be covered

Hotel non lussuoso, ma spazioso e accogliente, un po' defilato ma vicino al centro.

Bella stanza e bel bagno, molto spaziosi rispetto a tanti altri. Parcheggio privato, in una stradina interna lontano dal traffico, ma vicino al centro. Buona cucina.

Consiglio l'hotel per posizione e servizi buoni.

Le camere pulite e comode, abbiamo trovato nel bagno anche dischetti struccanti e cotton fioc molto utili.

Non guardano i messaggi di booking ma solo le loro email. Avevo scritto giorni prima attraverso booking ma quando siamo arrivati in struttura il proprietario mi ha detto che non guardano booking. Mi chiedo allora perché lo usano. Avevo appunto scritto nella e-mail che sarei arrivata in auto, il posto c'è ma il sabato sera visto che hanno il ristorante i posti vengono occupati dai clienti del ristorante e se capita come a me di uscire al rientro ti devi arrangiare. Sul cartello davanti al parcheggio vi è scritto per clienti hotel, quando mi sono lamentata la signora dell'Hotel si è infastidita dicendomi che i posti auto sono per tutti i clienti. Il comportamento non è corretto, hotel non significa ristorante. Questa è l'unica cosa che nn mi è piaciuta.

Sconsiglio assolutamente

Ho subito un ricatto dal proprietario: avevo già prenotato con Booking e dilazionato l'importo con Klarna, appena si è accorto mi ha cancellato la prenotazione,ho subito telefonato x chiarimenti e mi ha detto che se volevo prenotare in quel modo non mi dava la Guest Pass Trentino x i trasporti locali gratuiti, oltretutto dopo aver accettato le sue condizioni x non litigare con mia moglie non mi ha mandato neanche le foto della camera la quale era molto diversa da quella vista su Booking e a prezzo migliore,era piccolissima, persona molto scorretta,mai più!!!

La camera era confortevole e pulita. Abbiamo cenato in struttura, con una buona scelta. Tutto era davvero squisito e di qualità. La colazione è stata abbondante e di qualità. Abbiamo assaggiato prodotti tipici e questo è stato un vero piacere. Abbiamo parcheggiato accanto alla struttura.

L' accesso alla zona Spa è a pagamento a parte.

L'albergo è a gestione famigliare, sono stati subito molto accoglienti e disponibili, c'è la possibilità di mettere la.bici al sicuro in garage. Camera piccola ma accogliente e con tutti i confort del caso, wifi , TV, doccia con saponi, asciugamani e cottonfioc Cena ottima, piatti buoni, tagliata e patate spadellate super. Panna cotta topppp bella abbondante e gustosa. Colazione ricca, eravamo in due soltanto alla mattina e avevamo una bella colazione, sia dolce che salata con dolci fatti.in casa molto vari

Albergo semplice e famigliare in ottima posizione. La cucina è molto curata e tutto lo staff accogliente, gentile e discreto. Posizione centrale e molto tranquilla.

Sentirsi a casa lontano da casa

Ho alloggiato in questo albergo per lavoro e mi sono sentita subito a casa, accolta da un ambiente famigliare che ha reso molto piacevole il tempo che ho trascorso a Caldonazzo. Al check in mi sono state fornite molte indicazioni interessanti sui vari itinerari che, anche se in questa occasione non ho avuto modo di sfruttare, mi saranno senz'altro utili per futuri soggiorni. Ho apprezzato molto la cucina del ristorante annesso all'albergo, oltre che l'atmosfera: ho preferito infatti cenare in hotel dato che i ristoranti in riva al lago erano affollatissimi. Ottima anche la colazione, con dolci preparati in casa, davvero ottimi! Bravi. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Cristina

Come ho già scritto sopra, la colazione mi è piaciuta molto, ma avrei gradito un po' più di caffè: solo il primo cappuccino è compreso, gli altri a pagamento. Secondo me sarebbe utile mettere un po' di caffè americano per chi, come me, ama sorseggiare una tazzona di caffè lungo a colazione. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un bollitore in stanza

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e siamo stati molto bene Colazione e cena ottimi , personale attento alle esigenze del cliente È un albergo due stelle, ma in base alla nostra esperienza ne meriterebbe una in più ..

La cena del venerdì è stata servita in veranda aperta , dove si stava molto bene considerata la giornata piuttosto calda. Ma il sabato sera, essendoci molti clienti del solo ristorante, ai clienti dell'albergo la cena è stata servita in una sala interna dove faceva piuttosto caldo , per lasciare ai clienti del ristorante i posti in veranda . Una scelta dell'albergatore che non abbiamo molto apprezzato.

Molto bene, al centro di Caldonazzo e alla partenza della ciclabile per Lavico. Ottima struttura.

Ottima colazione con anche prodotti senza zucchero e senza lattosio. Stanza grande e bagno ok. Nella struttura è presente anche un ristorante (convenzionabile) dove si è mangiato molto bene. In pieno centro di Caldonazzo. Staff gentilissimo.

Un pò troppo distante dal lago. Servono le bici.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit reichhaltigem Frühstück für die Fahrt Richtung Süden ;)

Die Unterkunft ist nur mit 2 Sternen bezeichnet, hätte aber sicher 3 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit zusätzlicher Schlafmöglichkeit, großem TV , Ventilator, viel Platz im Bad, alles sauber und ordentlich. Im Haus kann man abends auch eine sehr gute Pizza genießen. Das Frühstück ausreichend, mit Joghurt, Käse , Wust, Marmelade , Kuchen, Obst...auf Wunsch kann man auch Eier bekommen,

Personale molto accogliente e simpatico, la proprietaria era molto disponibile, parcheggio anche al coperto in garage, stanza molto pulita, grande, con tutti i servizi necessari ( kit cortesia, sapone shampoo, dischetti struccanti, coton fioc), TV schermo piatto con pay TV, chiave elettronica. Si trova in centro a un paesino molto carino

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, dire l'insonorizzazione delle camere, anche nessun rumore ha disturbato il nostro sonno e sono stati rispettati gli orari del silenzio da parte di tutti.
