The staff were wonderful as were the breakfasts and the evening meals.

The one thing that would have made my stay better would have been to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room . Coming from the UK I missed being able to make a coffee/ tea as is possible in UK hotels .

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of anything one might want for breakfast, it also included properly made espresso and cappuccino that is not that common. You could also bring your breakfast outside and enjoy it in the garden. The junior suite and its bathroom were basically brand new. During our stay, from what I got since we choose room+breakfast, the hotel was not providing the restaurant service for lunch and dinner(I guess because of anti-Covid19 measures), instead the hotel had a deal with some local restaurants providing a % reduction to hotel guests. We really appreciated this because of the freedom of choosing the restaurant we wanted and more freedom to book earlier or later than hotels usually allow and therefore being able to better enjoy our time without the need to comform to strict hotel's timetable. The parking was free and practical. Staff was kind and helpful.

The real big issue with the room, which I had selected for my travelmate also because it had a wooden floor instead of a carpet floor (because of allergic issues with dust and animal hair), was an APPALLING and revolting animal fur panel on the head of the bed. It looked like 2 square meters of thinning hair with dandruff. Even worse than its appearence was the fact that made avoiding the allergic-critical features like carpet-floors totally pointless. The cleanliness was not bad in general but I must report that I was not expecting to find a clogged showerhead (quite severely, like 3/5 of the nozzels clogged) in a suite of a 3stars hotel. Being the nozzles rubbery, I solved the issue by myself simply rubbing and pinching them. I get that without taking a shower it might be hard to even notice this issue and also that is not a height easy to reach for a cleaning lady of standard stature, anyway I was not expecting this.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso!

Abbiamo soggiornato al My Active Hotel di Levico Terme per due notti durante il weekend di Ferragosto, e non possiamo che definirlo un piccolo angolo di paradiso! L’hotel, recentemente ristrutturato, è davvero molto carino, curato nei dettagli e pulitissimo. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal lago di Levico, immerso nella tranquillità e con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e impeccabili nella pulizia, con materassi e cuscini comodissimi che garantiscono un riposo rigenerante. Anche i bagni sono moderni e ben tenuti. Abbiamo scelto la formula All Inclusive Charme, che si è rivelata un’ottima scelta: una vasta selezione di bevande al bar e a cena. Anche la colazione e la cena è ricca e di qualità, con prodotti freschi e gustosi. La piscina è un vero gioiello, perfetta per rilassarsi, con alcuni punti idromassaggio che aggiungono un tocco di lusso. L’atmosfera generale dell’hotel è romantica e rilassante, ideale per una fuga di coppia. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale, sempre gentile e disponibile, e in particolare al responsabile Luciano, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua attenzione e professionalità. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax, comfort e un’ottima esperienza gastronomica in uno dei luoghi più belli del Trentino!

Für 3 Tage Spontanurlaub ohne große Ansprüche wars okay, länger jedoch nicht.

Das Hotel wurde gerade nach einer Generalsanierung wieder neu eröffnet. Das Personal war daher noch etwas unsicher und noch nicht eingearbeitet. Aber sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück: Büffet mit allem, was man so braucht. Absolut in Ordnung. Es empfiehlt sich, recht früh zu frühstücken, da mit zunehmender Anzahl an Personen der Lärmpegel in der "Speisehalle" sehr ansteigt. Poolbereich/Garten sauber und nett, jedoch meiner Meinung nach lieblos gestaltet. Ausbaufähig sozusagen.

Lage: Auf der Vorderseite des Hotels befindet sich die Hauptstraße zum See/Strand und anderen Hotels, die Hinterseite wird vom Abzug der Küche nahezu 24 Stunden beschallt. Wer am Abend am Balkon sitzen möchte und ev. in Ruhe ein Gläschen trinken will, ist hier leider falsch. Zimmer: eher klein und (sehr) schlicht eingerichtet. Wie in Italien (früher) üblich, sind die Türen recht schlecht - trotz Renovierung - und es würde einen Schallgummi vertragen, um nicht alles zu hören, was sich am Gang abspielt bzw. um den Bodenschlitz zu verkleinern. Da ich einmal einen Hotelbrand miterlebt habe, muss ich erwähnen, dass ich im ganzen Haus keinen einzigen Feuerlöscher oder Schilder für Fluchtwege oder Ähnliches gesehen habe. Die Empfangshalle/Lobby befindet sich quasi im Untergeschoß. Man muss vom Parkplatz außen eine Treppe nach unten zum Eingang des Hotels gehen. Für Kinderwagen oder Ähnliches gibt es eine Rampe, welche ich ohne alpine Erfahrung nicht empfehlen würde. Speisesaal und Pool/Garten befinden sich dann wieder im Parterre - über eine Stiege im Inneren oder einem eigenen 1-Eagenlift zu erreichen. Fazit: Okay. Aber das wars auch. Preis-Leistung passt für mich nicht.

Sono stati i primi giorni di apertura, bisogna essere onesti: per quanto riguarda la cucina nulla da dire, piatti veramente molto buoni e di qualità anche nella colazione... il personale di reception e bar, probabilmente per la poca esperienza, deve ancora imparare bene il mestiere e velocizzarsi...
