Great location from pedestrian only Center & nearby bus depot.
The staff were most helpful. The told me the bike trip to Mount Panarotta was difficult. It was. I gave up after 1 hour of biking uphill. Cristina with the additional information from Elena, the cleaning lady, suggested the Castello di Selva. They also told me how to get there. It was a demanding but worthwhile trip. I got a lot of advice where to go. Breakfast was excellent. There was even Greek yogurt! The bus station was 5 minutes away. Great location. The pedestrian only Centro was 2 minutes away. Great location!
The ceiling light was weak. Also, the front desk area was poorly lit. I feel sorry for the staff-Paola, Andrea (female), Andrea (male), Fabrizio, and Cristina who had to work under poor lit conditions. On Monday about 4 PM because of a storm we had no electricity, but that was beyond the Hotel control. The tv would revert about every 10 minutes to Hotel Lucia advertising. This was maddening, but I got used to it.

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Good and quiet location in town, walking distance from train station and the lake. Comfortable room with balcony. Nice swimming pool. Great breakfast.

Nice clean hotel in centre of Levico Terme
Great location, close to everything you want to do in town, and a good base for exploring the nearby mountains. Less than a 20-minute walk from the train station, and the lake. Nice assortment at breakfast including: breads, cake, cold meats, hot dishes (bacon, eggs), cheeses, yogurt, cereals, fruits, juice, tea and coffee. I didn't try the pool but it looked great. I would stay here again.
Small things: I didn't like having my room number so clearly visible to others on the breakfast table; as a solo traveler I don't like for other guests to know which room I'm staying in for security reasons. I always felt safe here, but it's just a good practice to not share info like that. I also don't leaving your key at the front desk. Although this practice is common in Italy, I prefer to keep my key.

Very relaxing break at family run hotel with excellent facilities and staff.
Excellent breakfast and dinner. As we could only speak a little Italian the owner and receptionist helped us tremendously. As we were the only English staying at the hotel the owner translated the weather forecast and menu into English.
