My stay was overall pretty good.

Breakfast was good, the staff was very nice and helpful. I also loved that my romantic requests were fulfilled for my room.

I didn’t like that the outdoor hot tub wasn’t working, the beds weren’t very soft and that I wasn’t able to book a massage the evening I arrived.

Room and bathroom design

Unfriendly receptionist, unacceptable noise till midnight, terrible view (effectively, no view), very uncomfortable bed and pillows, bad smell in the room, very poor breakfast, the price was too high for such experience.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Der Spa Bereich, insbesondere der Sauna Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es war immer genug verfügbar. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, der Pool war sehr einladend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem der Barkeeper war sehr sympathisch und hat uns die Getränke zum Pool gebracht.

Bei vollen Hotel haben wir keinen Platz am Außenpool bekommen. Leider war die Anzeige „bitte nicht stören“ defekt oder wurde nicht beachten, wodurch die Reinigungskraft ins Zimmer kam, als wir drinnen waren.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es wurde all das angeboten was aus meiner Sicht zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Hervorheben ist zu erwähnen, dass Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Die Massage Behandlung war sehr gut.

Idéal pour découvrir Levico

Super emplacement très proche du lac et à 10 minutes du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La propreté est exemplaire. L’espace piscine est top (jet d’eau- bain à remous - Grande piscine). Mention spéciale pour le SPA et les massages ! Le personnel est attentifs et disponible.

Nous avons dîner un soir. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur du reste. La qualité n’est pas au rendez vous. Non seulement les plats n’ont aucun intérêt mais en plus il faut les choisir le matin pour le soir… Dommage

Se un giorno dovessi tornare in Trentino, so già dove soggiornare.

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, e secondo me il lago di levico è il posto più bello del Trentino. Svegliarsi, scendere e a pochi metri a piedi essere in riva al lago è un piacere assoluto. L’hotel pulitissimo. Appena arriva ti, ci hanno fatto l upgrade gratuito ad una stanza di categoria superiore poichè c’erano posti liberi, il bagno era enorme e la stanza altrettanto, la piscina con idromassaggio interna è spettacolare. Anche la parte wellness molto curata con the in omaggio. Colazione fornitissima dal dolce al salato. Personale cortese e simpatico.

Struttura bella, suite con sauna personale veramente bella e spaziosa, arredi e pareti molto particolari, vista panoramica dal balcone ampio.

Struttura nel complesso molto bella come la suite con sauna privata dove abbiamo soggiornato ma decisamente da rivedere la tariffa, troppo alta per il servizio che offre: mini frigo vuoto, acqua minerale calda e nemmeno compresa nella cifra della suite, nessuno che ci ha avvertito di un buffet a metà pomeriggio (al momento del check-in non c'era folla di gente), nessun aperitivo/cocktail con frutta di benvenuto in stanza poi il calore e la professionalità dello staff. Per una cifra del genere Ti aspetti un servizio più attento, uno staff che Ti promuove il luogo, le iniziative e i ristoranti locali, decisamente mi aspettavo almeno più calore e professionalità da parte della proprietà. Mi spiace perché la struttura merita, ha molte potenzialità e con un pizzico di impegno rivedendo decisamente le tariffe e coinvolgendo maggiormente lo staff alla reception, lascerebbe un ricordo più piacevole e si tornerebbe più volentieri a soggiornarci
