Relaxing by the lake

We loved the amazing view of the lake. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with a terrace. We enjoyed also the restaurant, the bar and the pool and spa facilities. It's very nice to walk around the lake or to walk to the center of the village, Levico Terme.

The staff and service was great across the board, we could even check in a little early.

The restaurant is really nothing to write home about, much better options are available in the town center. Breakfast was great though

Really loved this stop on our journey. The hotel is directly next to a lovely lake and hiking trails. The room we stayed in had a direct view of the lake, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Our room seemed freshly renovated, with very stylish but tasteful furniture, i especially liked the little touches like integrated USB chargers. We dodged the bad weather by using the Saunas and indoor pool which were great for relaxing, the staff was very nice and helpful if you had any questions.

Hotel situato di fronte al lago di levico. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Spa ben fornita con sauna, bagno turco e molto altro.

Piscine termali. La struttura vanta di avere una piscina con acqua calda, ma solo l’idromassaggio esterno si può regolare. La piscina e idromassaggio interno non sono regolabili e hanno una temperatura dell’acqua bassa.

Perfetto per una vacanza

La colazione è stata ricchissima con i prodotti freschi e buoni E poi il personale e accogliente e ti farà sentire come a casa. Le terme sono piacevoli e ti fanno sentire bene. Ma, dintorni In questo periodo sono una favola. Poi nel giardino della struttura dove c'è l'idromassaggio, quello che c'era di intorno come paesaggio sembrava un quadro ed era una cosa stupenda.

Rundum zufrieden! Ich kommebestimmt wieder!

Mir hat restlos alles gefallen. Das Hotel ist keine 5-Sterne-Hotel, brauche ich aber auch nicht. Was ich vorfand erfüllte alle meine Erwartungen zu 100%. Vielleicht dürfte es noch einen angenehmeren Aufenthaltsraum geben, eine Art Salon, wo man sich behaglich zum Lesen oder Plaudern oder etwas Trinken auf gemütliche Sessel setzen könnte. Aber bei der Bar hat's sowas, das einigermassen befriedigt.

Super Hotel in Preis/Leistung. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, super Ausblick auf See und Berge. Tolles vielfältiges Frühstück. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Spa-Bereich und der Indoor-Pool sind für die Größe in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Einzig die Geräusche des Kühlschranks im Zimmer haben in der Nacht etwas gestöhnt. Sonst alles OK.

Posizione perfetta e molte comodità per un soggiorno rilassante sull'affascinante lago di Levico.

Posizione perfetta a bordo lago ma comoda anche per passeggiate rilassanti, Camera luminosa, ben insonorizzata, pulizia adeguata, bella piscina interna con idromassaggio e SPA senza costi aggiuntivi, bellissimo spazio erboso protetto con lettini e molte altre comodità, compresi diversi gazebo e campo da tennis. Parcheggio privato comodissimo. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Il bar potrebbe essere più rifornito di infusi e tisane per il dopo cena. La ristorazione è organizzata principalmente per la mezza pensione, con menu limitato e orari un po' ristretti, in cui la sala da pranzo è molto affollata.

Sehr geschmackvolles, gediegenes Ambiente, schönes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bad, Balkon und Blick zum See, gutes Essen, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Die einzelnen Gänge des Abendmenüs wurden sehr schnell hintereinander serviert. Da kam Hektik auf, statt gemütlichem Abendessen.

Mooi, schoon wellnes hotel.

Mooie ruime en schone kamer. Geweldige wellnes. Op loopafstand van het dorpje. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker!

Je kunt er niet a la carte eten. Je eet van het half pension menu. Ik hou er niet van dat alle tafeltjes op een rij staan en iedereen op het salade buffet afstapt. Het eten verder prima, maar de zaal was ongezellig.

Ottima esperienza

"Sorriso" non lo trovi solo nel nome dell'hotel ma di fatto è presente quotidianamente su ogni singolo componente dello staff. Per me l'hotel al Sorriso ha due punti fortissimi: 1 la gentilezza e la preparazione di tutto e ribadisco tutto lo staff; 2 una cucina eccellente, con piatti veramente buoni. Bravi tutti!

Sehr saubere, einfach funktionelle Zimmer ohne viel Schnickschnack Schöne Lage zum See Sauna mit Garten Essen war auch gut

Kleinigkeiten.. Badelatschen für Geld, Frühstückraum ein wenig eng Wie alles in der Gegend in der Saison nicht besonders günstig Alles aber ok- kein richtiges Jammern!

Schone en moderne kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige locatie zo vlakbij het meer. Ook dichtbij het centrum en heerlijke wellnessfaciliteiten.

Geen temperatuurregeling en geen airconditioning, terwijl dit wel als aanwezig was aangegeven bij het boeken van de kamer. De kamer was 25 graden en de temperatuur was niet omlaag te krijgen, alleen door de deur wagenwijd open te zetten de hele nacht. Er is geen oplossing geboden, er werd gezegd “er is geen airco en de minimum temperatuur is 23 graden”. Daarnaast is de douche zo ingericht dat als je gaat douchen, de volledige badkamer zeiknat wordt en het loopt ook de kamer binnen. Het verwarmde handdoekenrek werkt ook niet.

Die Lage ist Top. Schöner See direkt vor dem Hotel. Wellnessbereich gut, schönes Schwimmbad und Whirlpool Rührei und Spiegelei zum Frühstück super Überdachte Parkplätze

Frühstück war okay, es fehlte an aufgeschnitten Obst und Gemüse w.z.B Gurke...,sehr viel Kuchenangebot, Brötchen naja Abendessen nicht unser Fall, sicherlich sind die Speisen guter Qualität, aber es war einfach zu experimentierfreudig gestaltet. Viel zu Spätes Abendessen....erst ab 19:30Uhr, für die Region normal, aber für uns viel zu spät
