Exceptional

Fredrica and the other people at the reception went above and beyond to assist us with sights to see, as well as making local reservations for dinner. It was a pleasure to see them each day. Also the breakfast was fantastic- fresh foods, pastries and great hours.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions there was no buffet available at breakfast. This made a big negative impact on the quality of breakfast and the whole experience, but I understand the situation and therefore, I did not rate the breakfast. Hopefully, it will get back to normal soon. Otherwise, everything was great.

Struttura in posizione strategica per visitare il lago. Lo staff si distingue per gentilezza e cortesia. La camera è accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfettamente in linea con la categoria. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Struttura sicuramente consigliata.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wo man sich wohlfühlt!

Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Zimmer schön und sauber! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl! Der Früstücksraum hell und freundlich! Eigener Parkplatz fürs Auto! Nicht weit von Levico Stadt entfernt, man geht durch den Park und nach 15 min ist man im Zentrum!

Leider gab es im Hotel keine gemütliche Bar um Abends noch ein gutes Glas Wein zu trinken!

Il nostro soggiorno all’Hotel B612 di Levico Terme, dal 3 al 5 ottobre, è stato davvero molto positivo. Abbiamo viaggiato in coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. La colazione è spettacolare, ricca e di qualità, uno dei punti forti della struttura. La posizione è ottima: è consigliabile utilizzare l’auto per gli spostamenti, ma proprio per questo risulta molto comoda e pratica, sia per muoversi nei dintorni sia per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona. Nota di merito anche per la birreria-ristorante Pedavena, convenzionata con l’hotel, che offre uno sconto dedicato agli ospiti: un valore aggiunto graditissimo, con un’ottima proposta gastronomica in un ambiente piacevole. Nel complesso, un hotel curato, accogliente e ben organizzato, ideale per una fuga di coppia. Punteggio complessivo: 9/10. Consigliato.

Soggiornato in una delle junior suite, la stanza è molto spaziosa e comoda. Pratico il check-in on line e le informazioni ricevute sono state chiare e precise. Molto buona la colazione con ampia scelta a buffet.

Bei einem Preis von € 200,-- je Nacht war es eigentlich eine Enttäuschung

Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, auch bei Einstellung 15° war es maximal eine Luftumwälzung. Das Balkonlicht wurde am Abend automatisch eingeschalten und brannte die ganze Nacht durch. Somit musste man den Raum verdunkeln um schlafen zu können, was aber eine ordentliche Raumlüftung zunichte machte. Laut Reception sei die Beleuchtung aus Sicherheitsgründen vorgeschrieben und kann nicht abgeschaltet werden. Solch eine Sicherheitsvorschrift konnte ich aber bei meinen Recherchen nicht finden.

Struttura accogliente, camere spaziose e ben arredate, nuove. Personale molto gentile e ospitale. Ottima posizione tra il centro e il lago. De locatie is handig op doorreis naar Umbrië, de snelweg af bij Trento. De locatie in Levico Therme is aan de rand van de plaats. Het restaurant is modern, gezellige drukte, eten oké.

Mancanza di una presa elettrica vicino alla scrivania. Cubi di legno per sedersi originali ma scomodissimi. Presenza di un appendino di acciaio esterno prima dell'ingresso in bagno con spigolo ad altezza testa troppo pericoloso e ,forse, anche inutile. Lampade dei comodini non orientabili ; non utili per agevolare una lettura.

Brutto hotel in stile postmoderno gestito da personale scortese

Lo staff era veramente maleducato e quando ho richiesto la fattura mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare, e solo dopo le mie insistenze hanno finalmente accettato di farla in seguito. Ma non l’ ho ancora vista !!!!!
