Hotel La Pigna

Nice comfortable hotel well located for the town and beach. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good free parking and inclusive of umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach.

very clean, the changed towels and bed every day, stuff was very kind, good breakfast every morning served on the nice terrace at the upper floor, modern bathroom and big balcony, jaccuzi whirlpool was nice, but hadn't time to use it.

The cleaning personel was very polite and friendly. The bathrooms were modern and the shower was very nice. Our room had a big balcony and the possibility to rent bikes for free at the hotel ist very convenient.

The main receptionist was grumpy and not friendly from the Moment we arrived. Not even saying welcome or showing US to the Elevator. It continued from there to the breakfast where every morning we were exposed to his uncorteous manners. The hotel has not found a way to organize the breakfast buffet service in the sense that they do arrange everything like an ordinary buffet and then the staff goes around the table and asks for your wishes upon which they Go and get it for you. However, since guests are not allowed near the buffet, one has No idea what they even offer. Very disfunctional. Would bei simpler to hand out cards on which guests would Mark their choices. They have a Whirlpool at the top floor which ist nice but we only could use it once because after asking for a second time slot a couple of days later we were first told that it ist booked already, when we were then asking for another time which was available we found the room locked. Unsure whether it was locked by guests from the inside, we confronted the receptionist and he told us its in use apparently. Later we found out that it was in tact just looked for guests. The rooms itself are located near a main road which means it's quite loud due to cars and motorcycles. The main problem however is that you hear every word and chair movements from neighbouring rooms. The rooms are very audilbe.

Besides the lack of a pool, I really liked everything. 🙏 The lady at the breakfast is very kind and deserves all the praise. 🌺

Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit allem bestückt, was man sich nur wünscht. Wir bekamen die ganze Zeit über Fahrräder gratis. Das Zimmer war mit einem sehr schönen, neuen Bad ausgestattet. Wir hatten am Strand von Pineta kostenlose Liegen vom Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Il caffè… forse un po’ troppo “lungo”

Staff sempre molto disponibile. Colazione ottima. Nonostante la nostra s'affacciasse sulla strada, la camera era molto silenziosa. Quattro passi e si arriva al centro di Lignano pineta e alla spiaggia privata dell'hotel. Ottimo anche il servizio biciclette.
