    a great place to relax, we were just passing through, the entrance through security gates is impressive, up a long drive to be met by someone to take your bags up to the room. booking in the staff are polite and efficient. the room was a garden view, the pool area is clean tidy well managed with a handy bar beside it. we didn't have the evening meal as we went into the town on returning the bar meals looked excellent. breakfast was just as expected, a great buffet of delicious choices. Will call again if or when passing. as the porter said on leaving "this isn't goodbye, it is until the next time"

    A lovely stay. However, we had a meal on the first night and 3 of the main meals had to be returned as they were delivered cold and undercooked! Certainly NOT 5 star. We brought this to the attention of reception and received only a "sorry"!
