Excellent location, a good spacious room, with two beds, a small closet and a good desk. And a bathroom (sink was a bit small).
Nice staff, pleasant and professional in their work, overall.
Comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with orange juice to be asked for. Oat flakes available and some fruit (a bit).
No gluten free bread, no alternative spread for those who want to avoid pork and dairy products.
Sometimes it took a bit longer than expected to be attended to by the desk employees. They were all nice, but not always present. It fits the kind of lodge it is, for it's not an hotel with permanent desk service. Only to recall that for others that might go there.

It was very clean, the location was excellent, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast menu was decent and the lady who checked us was very polite and friendly.
There aren´t many things I did not like; I would have preferred a larger sink in the bathroom as it was a bit uncomfortable to wash one´s face, but we´ve managed during our two nights stay.

Conveniently located with the old town a short walk away and many buses stopping right in front of the hotel.
The staff were very helpful in answering questions related to bus transport, boat tours, etc.
