The accommodation was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The location was fantastic, making it an ideal base for exploring beautiful Coimbra. The property itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent beds that made for a wonderful night’s sleep.
The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail made us feel genuinely well looked after.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was probably the best breakfast I have ever experienced in an accommodation of this type, with an incredible variety of high-quality food. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service and attention during breakfast were absolutely perfect.
Overall, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Coimbra is an amazing city, and CoimbraAmeias is without doubt the perfect place to stay while visiting. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and exceptional place to stay in Coimbra.

The owners were exceptional people. The décor was very interesting. Breakfast was excellent.
Trying to get into and out of the carpark area !!!! But seriously it was fine but you better be a good driver :)

Check in by nice lady, but didn’t see her again for 3 days. Location not great on very busy road. Breakfast nice on terrace with great view. Too much food wasting as they prepare food without asking, like sandwiches with meat after we told them we don’t eat meat. Plain yoghurts have sugar but otherwise breakfast is very nice. I would suggest making small menu and let guests decide what to order.
Location not great and WiFi in our outside room was slow.
