Great Breakfast.

I personally plus another traveller had an issue with one of your bartenders. Both us parties experienced that the bar keeper was over charging us by not letting us know with honesty. Also his pours for the Beer was a suspect. He was arrogant and loud. Not appreciated. The younger bar keeper was honest and up don’t with a friendly outlook. I think you have a money laundering problem in the house !!! In the bar. The reception lady who registered us was arrogant too. I have a feeling she does not like her job as much as she would like. ARROGANT TOO. THE staff in the dinning room for breakfast service … an excellent group of workers. Hard working and caring. Period. Keep it up breakfast staff.

Location very good. Bed very comfortable. Shower very good. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly, genuine enquiry upon departure. Good choice of TV channels in room

Wi-fi was very poor throughout hotel - kept dropping out. Bar had a good size TV but it could only show one channel so unable to watch what I wanted, and so just went to room.

The room had balcony as shown in picture. The location was great!

The cleanliness of the room was below our expectations. The first time we used the bathroom, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the plumbing. We reported it to the front desk and requested a room change. The staff informed us that they had cleaned the pipes and that the smell had mostly disappeared. While the odor was reduced, it still lingered for the next couple of days, and we were not offered a different room. We also noticed spider webs on the ceiling, dusty light fixtures, and mosquitoes in the room, which suggested that housekeeping could have been more thorough. The hotel is older and could benefit from additional maintenance and updates. Although the room had air conditioning, it used a vent system that took a long time to cool the room. Having at least a fan available would have made the room much more comfortable.
