Breakfast, staff, location of hotel, room were all great.

Very disappointed that the hot tub in the spa was not hot -- barely lukewarm. I booked this hotel, paying more than other options specifically because it had a hot tub that would have been perfect after long days of walking and touring. The facility was beautiful, but useless because it wasn't hot enough to be comfortable or therapeutic. I asked the spa staff each day during my three-day stay, but they ignored me. The guy at the front desk was even worse, telling me that it was hot (after I had just checked two minutes earlier and knew that wasn't true).

Beautiful looking hotel big rooms and great bed and bathroom.

The hotel rooms a little jaded but still good although too much old dark furniture. The air con didn’t work the first night and we had to be moved to another room. Also problem with circulation of hot water meant hot water might take 10 minutes to arrive. 🙁

Beautiful old building that has been well restored. Large bedroom. Very helpful staff. Excellent location. We would happily go back.

The restaurant decor is not very inviting, so we ate elsewhere.

The hotel is charming and located on a main road, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The spa is really good.

I checked out early and they promised refund that never happened. My room was much smaller than expected, with a single-size bed, but the hotel is old and this is not the U.S., so I somewhat understand it. There is a cigarette smell everywhere in this town including inside the hotel. It is not very bad inside the hotel and I understand that they cannot do much seeing that everyone smokes all the time, but they could use air fresheners or take some other measures.
