The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodated to us as English speakers very well. The location was perfect for our stay as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, complete with all the required facilities and the bed was very comfortable. Everything about our stay here was fantastic.

The hotel is charming and located on a main road, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The spa is really good.
I checked out early and they promised refund that never happened.
My room was much smaller than expected, with a single-size bed, but the hotel is old and this is not the U.S., so I somewhat understand it.
There is a cigarette smell everywhere in this town including inside the hotel. It is not very bad inside the hotel and I understand that they cannot do much seeing that everyone smokes all the time, but they could use air fresheners or take some other measures.
