Location was exceptional perfect place to stay walked everywhere no need for taxi ti see most things. Underground secure parking for my motorcycle was the main reason to choose this hotel but turned out location was great and not a bad price
Took 24 hours to change my remote batteries for tv and it wasn’t returned to my room had to go looking for it at reception

Good location, very clean and quiet
Small rooms for 2 parents and 2 kids, the sofa beds wasn't comfort

Amazing stuff, smooth check-in and check-out processes. The room itself was comfortable for a 3 nights stay. Everything was spotless.
It might be trickier to be staying for longer than 2-3 nights because there wasn’t enough storage space. Some additional shelves/any other storage units would be welcome.

Staff very polite
Not value for money. Very expensive for what it had to offer. We asked for help with our luggage and they didnt have any. They forgot to put sheets on the sofa bed. Didnt bring towels for all and in general we were not pleased. Also the breakfast was not as expected
