Everything was ok

Large room, had coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea and everything for a comfortable stay. In a quiet area next to big park.

The location was great—at least for me. I also slept really well thanks to the very comfortable beds and the air conditioning, which was quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. Even though I arrived quite late, the bar was still open, offering a good variety of fresh food to choose from.

Perhaps it’s a matter of personal preference, but I found the furniture to feel quite old and outdated. The room amenities also seemed more limited compared to what I’ve experienced in other hotels at a similar level in different countries. Additionally, the QR code for the Pullman Assistant was not functioning during my stay, which was inconvenient. The minibar offered a rather limited selection of beverages, although I did appreciate the quality of the tea provided. I also found it less convenient that an iron and ironing board were only available upon request, as in many hotels these are typically provided directly in the room. Upon arrival, I had a disappointing experience as well. I waited for several minutes in front of the hotel expecting some guidance regarding parking or at least a greeting, but no one approached me. I eventually had to leave my car and enter the hotel myself, where, despite several staff members being present, no one offered assistance with my luggage. When I finally asked for help with parking directions, there seemed to be some confusion, and someone had to go and find another staff member to assist.

The room was a nice size, slightly oddly proportioned due to its location but had everything that was required. Comfy bed, warm shower and goo amenities staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was ideal for travelling into where our conference was held.

The room decor was dated and tired, lots of chips and blemishes to furniture which took away from the luxury feel. The fitness suite (haha) was awful a rack of free weights and a single piece of multi equipment (Try the Ramada around the corner!) - breakfast was expensive and underwhelming but coffee was delicious. Bar staff were rude and unhelpful and had no concept of what buy two beers, get one free meant...very much took the happy out of happy hour.
