    The only thing missing was the cold pool. At 19:00 (October) the pool was too cold to get into it.

    The pool is not heated and the hot tub jets are broken, i booked this hotel for the spa, very disappointed. Air con in the room did not heat. Was too cold. Bed was comfortable and room clean, staff were friendly. Nice cocktails

    This was our 2nd stay. The first was stellar. Most of the staff was superior, sadly the supervisor and desk staff on the eve of 10-10-26 really disappointed. When we got to room 817 it smelled like someone had just taken a poo. I dismissed as a fluke and it would clear up. We dropped our bags and went to dinner. Upon our return, it was just as bad or worse. We called the desk to ask for different room but were denied as the staff said they were booked up. This proved to be false as we checked the internet and could have still booked a room that night. I don’t like being lied to. They sent a maintenance man to spray deodorizer, and we didn’t want the room to smell like poo and apples so we said not to do that. He cleaned around the toilet and said to open our window. It was a Saturday night on the street side and traffic was loud and we wanted to go to sleep. I explained he should tell the supervisor we are very displeased and want to cha ge rooms. We were not contacted further. I’d love to leave a rave Review for the rest of the staff and the great location and amazing breakfast, but the desk worker and manager on duty truly did us a disservice. We were lied to and left to sleep an a room that smelled like a public sewer.
