The staff is really disappointing and unwelcoming, the cleaning is lacking, I arrived for a five-day vacation (4 nights), my room was only cleaned after 4 days, the pictures of the cleaning are attached, not to mention that they didn't vacuum the floor, the maid is not welcoming, they don't change towels for 4 days, and even when I had no choice but to add money and check out late when I sent an email two days before, I didn't respond to the email of course, and they asked me to pay an extra night because my room was already booked, but if I pay for an extra night they will move me to another room so that I can stay a few more hours to check out late, just a joke, and finally I checked out which according to the procedures should be done at 10:00 in the morning, every half hour they came to knock on my door so that I could vacate the room, I left my suitcases in storage and when I arrived a few hours later to pick up the suitcase, she didn't even check the note they give me when you leave a suitcase, just "I picked up my suitcase for myself" And I could also take another suitcase "as a gift" because the girl at the reception didn't even check if I was taking my suitcase, she just directed me to take "my" suitcase alone before I went to check out. In short, this is my experience, for the small room that didn't cost much compared to this unpleasant experience, basically I'm never going back there, the place shames Aguda and itself.
