The staff. They were so nice helpful and friendly. Helped us out answered all our questions. They always had a huge smile on their faces, it was always a pleasure to interact with them. The bed was comfy, enough fluffy pillows finally!!! The room was Ok, clean, so was the bathroom, and the bathtub was lovely. It's location is also great, close to the center, public transport etc.
There were no bath-robes in the room. Other ways we liked it all. Maybe some more cleaning on the balcony, and some maintenance in the room would help improve the place.

very worn room, toilet didn’t flush, fan made the most awful ‘ screeching’ sound when the bathroom light was turned on
bed was like a wooden slab without a mattress
very noisy being on main road
bath was broken
room was nothing like the advertised photos
