Relax Comfort Suites Hotel

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the Old Town and with easy access to the train and tram. It made getting around the city very convenient. The room was also well decorated, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Since our bus was leaving late at night, they kindly allowed us to have a late check-out with only a small additional charge, which we really appreciated.

The lift is quite unique and antique. I would not say it was a bad thing, as it actually added character to the hotel and became part of the experience. However, some guests may find it a little unusual at first.

There was a bath in the room, staff were nice

Room didn't really look like the pictures, heating was on and there was no way to turn it off or down so it was very hot at night, air conditioning didn't work, if window was open all you could hear was noise outside all night. The fridge was not working. Was able to use the staff one, but it wasn't ideal when you had to go out of your room to your fridge. Curtains were too small for windows, so let in light, and they had come of rails too high to put back on. Shower curtains didn't smell great. They had to be moved out the way when taking a bath so you didn't smell them.
