    Great boutique hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Really gourmet and great selection. Staff went above and beyond with luggage storage also. Room was just a bit smaller than expected by American standards but otherwise this was a fantastic place! Would def stay again without hesitation

    We travel a lot and we are usually not disappointed with too much. But this hotel really disappointed us as we were expecting more due to the rating on various websites. -All employees are super rude. I mean SUPER RUDE! -My girlfriend was given a room with the whole window having a concrete wall in front of it so no light coming in. -The bar employee even tried to steal from us by bringing the credit card machine to our table without a receipt. I paid and then asked for the receipt. I know, I should not have done that but … As I had paid for my friend, I asked the receipt so we could figure out how much she owes me. This is only how I found out he had added 18% tip without asking me. I went back to the bar in my pyjama and thought him a lesson. I asked for the money back. I said he can not do this without asking. We have been in Romania for 8 days and we always were asked and gave 19% as it is the what we should do in Romania as most people do not tip… -They advertise ‘Happy hour” which means they give free tapas. We came back to the hotel after our guided tour for this. After receiving our 2 beers and fresh juice, we were told ‘free tapas’ is only for cocktail! Again, the location is great but the service is terrible. I know Romanian people do not smile for nothing but still be a bit more professional.
