THE STAFF!! They were so accommodating and helpful with everything we asked! Also the rooms were very cosy, we got one with a small sunroof which we really enjoyed. It was also extremely clean with new towels every time we needed one. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We also slept fine despite the area being alive at night.

We arrived late evening, and were exceptionally welcomed by Cristian! Everything was great, the room was very cosy and clean, it has everything that you need! Although you can hear some noise in the room as the hotel is right in the old city center, it is vague and not disturbing at all. Excellent location, good and varied buffet breakfast and pleasant staff. Really recommended!

it was excellent , the room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony , a very good location for everything! we really really enjoyed our stay we will visit again. And it was my birthday and our anniversary, and we found a very pleasant surprise, in the room they put balloons and 1 big balloon with a happy birthday on it + a bottle of champagne. 😊

The breakfast was amazing. Good choice of food, juices and very fresh!
The room only had a roof window which didn't work, would not open. Nor the blinds. The bathroom fan was not working so it was very dark and stuffy in the room. When we asked to open the window we were fobbed off : stuff breaks down from time to time.... The other room blinds would not close so it was very light in the morning and could not sleep from 6am. Also, location is great but very noisy from outside bars....
