We really liked how comfortable this hotel is. It’s not new but everything is managed very well. Easy access anywhere by the lift, no long waiting and wondering around the corridors. Very good rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay, good TV channels, fabulous ocean view. Fully equipped gym, warm swimming pool. About the food, I have to say it was unbelievable! We had a Sunday buffet and it’s not like your usual buffet, it’s certainly luxurious and affordable. Highly recommended it! Beautiful place where you don’t have to leave anywhere and can enjoy the sun and the facilities they offer.
Could do with more garden upgrade, more flowers and blooms on the entry and around the pool.

We had a 3 course meal for dinner which was very tasty and filling. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety.
Overall, the food was very good and exceptional, be it dinner or breakfast.
Bathtubs can be removed and the space cab be remodelled into bathrooms.

Very clean, Air conditioning decent but not quite as good as it should be especially during heat waves. Pool area is decent, it’s more of a 4 star hotel because it absolutely does not live up to the so called 5 star description.
Breakfast was pitiful for a supposed 5 star hotel, you had to constantly ask for things to be topped up food wise, nobody tells you you can order a fresh omelette from the kitchen. Breakfast is held in what looks like a function room (make do area) choice of foods is average and staff are very slow in replacing food.
I could not believe a supposed 5 star hotel has no socket or usb connection beside beds in the rooms. These days that is essential and there is no excuse for not having it.
It’s a Solverde hotel but for some reason there is no shuttle service to its own casino at any time of the day.
