    We were in Porto for three nights and absolutely loved our stay at the Grande. It is an older hotel that has been renovated in a classical style. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. So glad we chose to stay here.

    It went over and beyond my expectations. Lovely boutique hotel, clean, sweet and well designed. Very nice people working there, too. Breakfast was great too

    I would ask every one of you not select this hotel: 1. First my bad, my room type is classic room with outdoor view, i thought outdoor view means there is a view. didn’t notice there is outdoor view and street view for options, when I entered the room in the afternoon, I was so surprised all windows are closed and the room is gloomy , when I opened the window and I knew why, it is against some working platform and wall of some building and someone can actually walking outside, honestly such type of room should be marked as “no view” or “no window” 2. Then I was very surprised the surface of the bath tube has peeled off, and they did not fix it 3. the air con or those equipment outside my windows are noisy, all Night long! 4. the TV is not working, It just offered pay TV of YT or neflex, but no TV It made my mood very bad and it brought me a very poor impression about Porto
