    Carrying our stuff up 5 floors with no elevator isn't much fun. Having actual help from the staff to carry would have been appreciated but none was offered when we checked in. The room was small but good and location is great if you don't need parking. City tax was charged additionally to the amount paid here and Agoda never refunded it

    The bed made a lot of sound every time I turned. The mattress was uncomfortable. The noise was loud outside (earplugs are necessary)

    The insulation is terrible, no coffee or kettle in the room, no shampoo. There's a mini fridge in the room and AC/heater. Ok for a couple of nights but not really comfy.
